Hello, I'm Bojo and I am a traveller, quite a traveller I should say.  To see the world is everyone's desire and I have started travelling to other countries a couple of years ago, to beautiful destinations that I want to explore.  My passion started when my friend Arlene Quindoza introduced me from one traveller to another until we are able to form a group of four with Glen Gallardo and Emma Padios who is a travel guru being the owner/manager of the City Light Travel and Tours, Inc. They all play an important role in introducing me to the world of travels, and eventually became my travel buddies.

A plane crashed into a mountain in the Himalayas while trying to land at an airport in northern Nepal on Monday, killing 15 people and injuring six, some critically.

It was carrying two pilots and a flight attendant — all Nepalese — along with 16 Indians and two Danish citizens, both of whom survived, officials said.

Television footage showed the Danes being taken inside a hospital in the nearby city of Pokhara, the man being led on foot and the woman crying in pain as she was carried on a stretcher.

Versatile Blogger Award

The Versatile Blogger Award
and the award goes to.......
www.fromatravellersdesk.com

It is an honour to be nominated and awarded the Versatile Blogger Award by fellow bloggers.  My sincerest thanks goes to International Couples who selected and awarded the title to this blogger. It's my first! Thanks Tony for the recognition.

From A Traveller's Desk got the award out of the seven (7) nominations.  I browsed all the other six (blogs) and found equally smart and well-written.  You may want to check them too as I consider all of them winners in their own right.

"One's destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things"

Words from the Publisher:
I had the chance to interview a very interesting person known by her nickname Neliets.  She is our traveller from Argentina who hails from Santa Rosa de Calamuchita, a town located on the banks of Santa Rosa River in the Calamuchita Valley.

Neliets love to travel and take photos.  She enjoys photography so much that at times she sits on a bench and watch the world go by.  "Aside from travelling, this is one way of taking a break from my work in the hostel which is rough and too busy most of the time", she quips. "Owning and managing a business like a hostel is not that easy to pack up and go", she added.

"Miss Travel is another niche dating site with the idea that generosity goes a long way," Wade says. "The website is highly focused on the concept of traveling."

In fact, Miss Travel matches "generous travelers who hate to travel alone with attractive travelers who would love the opportunity to travel the world for free" reads the website.

It's all a little too Pretty Woman for the liking of some. After all, there's no such thing as a free lunch. Could a free trip to Tahiti be any different?
