As a traveller, I find it necessary to post reviews of interesting places and things and anything related to our travelling.  My main reason is to give information that is useful for travellers in preparing travel plans.  Reviews will initially come from me and the rest will be shared by you, my fellow travellers.

  1. If you make a show of going against the times, flaunting your unconventional ideas and unorthodox ways, people will think that you only want attention and that you look down upon them. They will find a way to punish you for making them feel inferior. It is far safer to blend in and nurture the common touch. Share your originality only with tolerant friends and those who are sure to appreciate your uniqueness.

    1. It is always proper to blend in with the locals. It is not only safer but rather make you feel you are one of them. There is a travel quotation by Clifton Paul Fadiman which says, "When you travel, remember that a foreign country is not designed to make you comfortable. It is designed to make its own people comfortable".
